How the audit works
Agree on the scope
You and your team help us identify the work to review, the people involved, and the questions the audit needs to answer.
Talk with the people doing the work
We ask them to walk us through a normal day, the tools they use, and what happens when something doesn't go as expected.
Check the maps together
Each person reviews the map of their work and corrects anything we missed or misunderstood.
Review the findings
We explain what we found, what we recommend, and what would need further investigation. You decide what happens next.
You keep the work
Your maps and report are yours to keep. You can make the changes with us, with another provider, or with your own team.
The audit has a fixed price based on its scope. Further work is priced separately, with no obligation to continue.

Who do you need to talk to?
The people involved in the work we agree to review. That might include the owner and people in sales, estimating, operations, or finance. We build the list with you.
Do we have to use AI?
Not necessarily, but we highly encourage it. We usually fix the process first, then add AI on top of it where it makes the work faster and more efficient. AI is the way of the future, and the audit shows you where it will pay off first.
We already have an IT provider. Can you work with them?
Yes. We involve them where the work affects your software, access, or data.
What happens after the audit?
You review the recommendations and the plan with pricing, then decide which changes to pursue. If you want our help, we agree on the next scope and price before starting.
