Train
Help your team use new processes and AI tools in their daily work
A demonstration can make sense in the room and still leave people unsure what to do at their desks. We build training around the tasks your team needs to carry out.
30 minutes. Useful whether or not we work together.
Training starts with the work
Your team brings the jobs, files, and situations they deal with. We use those to explain the process, give people a chance to practice, and see where they need more help.
That includes AI: how to use it on real tasks, when to check its work, and what not to put into it.
Training can include working sessions with your leaders, practical team sessions, videos, and written guides for people to use afterward or when someone new joins.
The schedule and materials are agreed as part of the training plan.
Why our background matters
Both founders have master's degrees in Instructional Design and Technology from Purdue University, with a background in adult learning and behavior change.
We consider what people already know, what they need to do differently, and what makes that difficult. That informs the practice, explanations, and guidance we build.
Example: Someone else needs to cover the work
An illustration of the work, not a client case study.
One employee knows the rules for each customer. When that person is away, everyone else has to wait or ask for help.
We work with that employee to write instructions people can use. Then another team member practices with real tasks and gets feedback where they need it.
Example: The team has an AI tool but doesn't trust it
An illustration of the work, not a client case study.
A business adds an AI tool to draft customer replies. A few people try it, get an answer they don't trust, and go back to writing everything by hand.
We practice with the team on their own customer emails: what to ask for, how to check the draft, and when to write it themselves. Then we leave a short guide for when someone gets stuck.
Your questions, answered
Is this just ChatGPT training?
No. We train on the tools and processes your team actually uses, including AI where it helps.
What if my team doesn't want to change?
We ask what's behind that. People may be worried about mistakes, extra work, or losing a method they trust. Understanding those concerns helps us involve them and design useful practice.
How long does training take?
It depends on the team and the work. You get a training plan and fixed price before we start.
