How We Work
We learn how your business really runs before we change anything
You and your team know the work. We help you look closely at how it moves, where people get held up, and what needs to change.
30 minutes. Useful whether or not we work together.
Talk through a normal day
We speak with the people doing the work. They show us the steps, the tools, the decisions, and the things that make a task harder than it should be.
Put the work on a map
We document what happens and how it moves between people. Each person checks their part so the recommendations are based on what actually happens.
Explain what we found
You see where work repeats, waits, or comes back for correction. We discuss the causes, what the evidence supports, and what still needs checking.
We explain the recommended changes and the cost of the next phase. You decide whether to continue.
Work through the changes before building
We clarify the steps and responsibilities first. If a custom app is needed, you see a mockup before development starts. We also check whether the software you already have can do the job.
Help your team learn the new way
Training uses your team's actual work. People get a chance to practice and guidance they can refer to later.
Our master's degrees in Instructional Design and Technology, with a background in adult learning and behavior change, shape how we involve and train your team.
Agree on what improvement means
The useful measure depends on the problem. It might be time spent entering information, the wait for an approval, how much work the team can handle, or how often something comes back for correction.
Any measurement work is agreed in the project scope. Speed matters, but so do accuracy and the team's ability to do the work.
Working with your IT provider
Your IT provider knows your systems. We involve them when the changes affect software, access, or data, so those decisions fit the way your business is supported.
Each phase is a separate decision
You know the scope and price before work begins. Completing an audit doesn't commit you to a build or training engagement.
