How your answers are used
When AI is switched on, your answers are sent to Claude (Anthropic) through Vercel's AI Gateway to write one follow-up question and polish the report wording. We set each request so the AI provider doesn't use your answers to train its models. The scores always come from fixed rules, not AI.
We don't store what you type unless you ask Lyden or Ben to follow up. We keep anonymous totals of the tap answers, with no names or email addresses, to see which problems are most common.
If you ask for a follow-up, we keep your email address, answers and scores so Lyden or Ben can get in touch about your report.
