How we handle your information
This website collects information in one place: the 2-Minute Workflow & AI Check. Here is what it collects, where it goes, and what we keep.
Last updated October 6, 2026
What the check collects
The check asks eight questions. Seven are answered by tapping an option, like your type of business, your team size, and how your team uses AI today. The eighth is optional: one thing you would fix, in your own words. There is also one follow-up question, which you can answer with a tap or in your own words.
The check doesn't ask for your name and you don't need an account. Please leave out client names, pricing, passwords, and other confidential details.
How AI is used
When AI is switched on, your answers are sent to Claude, made by Anthropic, through Vercel's AI Gateway, to write the follow-up question and polish the wording of your report. What you type for the last question is used only to write the follow-up question. The report wording is polished from your tap answers and our own rule-based draft.
We set each request so the AI provider doesn't use your answers to train its models. When AI is switched off, everything is written from our fixed rules and nothing is sent to an AI provider.
Your scores, the ideas to try this week, and our recommendation always come from fixed rules, not from AI.
What we keep if you don't ask for a follow-up
- Nothing that identifies you. We don't store what you type.
- Anonymous totals of the tap answers and scores, so we can see which problems are most common. They hold the date but no time, and no names, email addresses or typed answers.
- To stop abuse, a scrambled code made from your internet address. We never store the address itself, and the codes are deleted within two days.
Your progress is also saved in your own browser, for this tab only, so you can close the check and pick up where you left off. It's cleared when you close the tab. "Download PDF" makes the PDF on your own device; nothing is sent to us.
If you ask for a follow-up
When you choose "Ask for a follow-up", we store your email address, your answers (including anything you typed), your scores, the report's title, where on the site you took the check, that you asked us to follow up, and which version of the wording beside the form you agreed to.
Lyden Egbert and Ben Woestman, the two founders of L&B, see this so one of them can get in touch about your report. Nobody else at L&B sees it.
The record is stored with Supabase, a database service, in the United States. It handles the information for us and for no other purpose.
The check doesn't send emails at the moment. If we start emailing reports in future, we'll use an email delivery service and update this page first. We won't add you to a mailing list.
How long we keep it
We keep follow-up requests and the answers that come with them for 24 months, then delete them. The anonymous totals hold no personal information, so we keep them for as long as they are useful.
Asking us to delete your information
Email hello@lblearningsolutions.com from the address you gave us, and we'll delete your request and answers and confirm when it's done. You can also ask us what we hold about you.
Booking a call
Our booking page uses Google Calendar appointment scheduling. When you book, you enter your details on Google's page, and Google handles them under its own privacy policy. We receive the booking in our calendar.
The rest of this website
This website doesn't use cookies for tracking, advertising or analytics, and it doesn't load scripts from other companies. Vercel hosts the site and, like any web host, processes technical details such as your internet address to deliver pages and keep the site secure.
If you email or call us, we use what you send only to reply to you.
